Andrew Flint Gustafson

I moved to Arizona from Minnesota in 1990 and graduated from the University of Arizona, College of Architecture May 1996. My wife Wanda and I moved to the area and built our home in Sonoita. I started the Andrew Flint Firm in 1998 with the concept of integrating vernacular designs with sustainable planning, materials, and systems that meet my client's goals. In 2008 I retired from the AZ Army National Guard with 22 years; serving in the Gulf War and ending my tour as the States Senior Construction Engineer for the training sites. Within the community I have volunteered with the Sonoita/Elgin Fire Department since 2001. I enjoy living, working, volunteering within my community.

Jeffrey Latham

I came to Santa Cruz County to live and work in 1972 and helped start the Projects Of Environmental Dynamics (POED) design office. I have lived here, off and on, ever since, most recently since 1986. I work, with my wife, Alice, out of our house on a ridge that overlooks downtown Ambos Nogales and the Santa Cruz River Valley. I participate with boards of directors for the Nogales Community Development Corporation and KPUP-LP, Patagonia Community Radio and sit on the Cultural Heritage Commission of the City of Nogales. I am a member of the Construction Specifications Institute. I have been a registered architect in the State of Arizona since 1996 and have residential, commercial, industrial, educational and religious design experience. I am a Sound Health practitioner/guitar player who enjoys a good Nasruddin story and sometimes reads them on Tuesday night, 7-11 on KPUP.
